Roger LimThe man with big plans for EBIC to move triumphantly into the future. Roger has over 16 years of experience in the property development and construction industries. A large part of his knowledge owes much to a central position he held with one of Malaysia’s largest builders, Gamuda Bhd.

During his tenure with Gamuda, Roger was primed for leadership which culminated in a prestigious scholarship that raised his educational status from Diploma in Quantity Surveying to that of MBA through the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveying, of which he has been a member since 2003. He then moved on to Gemarjaya Development Sdn Bhd, Techjaya Builders Sdn Bhd and Agenda Menang Sdn Bhd, all of which are in the property development and construction sectors.

After another 4 years with these companies, Roger set up his own company, EBIC, which was incorporated in 2010. The success of EBIC speaks volumes for Roger's bent for innovation and visionary strategies. Over the course of just three years, Roger had secured an RM2.5bil contract in the Middle East, with other notable achievements including reviving a construction company that was RM20mil in debt as well as acquiring 74 acres of land within the Klang Valley with a total GDV of RM500mil.

In recent years, Roger has ventured internationally with Melbourne, Australia being his prime destination. Since 2013, Roger has acquired several sites situated in the heart of Melbourne (King St-CBD, Exhibition St-CBD (joint venture with Salta Group), Phillip St-Mentone & Canterbury Road-LARA). His vast experience and vision in the property sector has sparked him to embark on larger scale developments worldwide.

Armed with such varied experiences and successes, Roger has lead EBIC recently to ventured into the education industry in Malaysia with the aim to provide better quality education to the Malaysian society.

Roger also ventured in IT Business that providing solutions to Property Management as well as Online & Offline payment. He foresees that’s business organization is able to use information technology (IT) to achieve business objectives - typically improved financial performance or marketplace competitiveness.

Roger is also known for his involvement in the leading property development industry as an Awards and Honourable Recognition Speaker in many occasions. He is currently being interviewed by a renowned international magazine to write about his success and stance in property industry. Last but not least, Roger was awarded RHB Bank’s Prestige Top 40 awards as an upcoming successful entrepreneur and his company EBIC Group was also awarded the SME 100 award of 2015 as one of the fastest moving companies.
Andrew LimAndrew Lim plays a leading role in identifying the business opportunities for the organisation, along with the appeasing of potential clients. For over 20 years, Andrew has ventured into various businesses from the construction industry to property development.

His early involvement in the construction business as Executive Director of Techjaya Builders Sdn Bhd, culminated with the company's acquisition of ISO 9001 certification while obtaining G7 category ratings for Building, Civil and Mechanical Works from CIDB for the specialised areas of general building works, road & pavement works and general civil works.

Andrew's additional track record in property development can be traced back to his involvement as Executive Director of Gemar Jaya Development Sdn. Bhd. During his tenure here, Andrew successfully launched the very luxurious “Nusa Tropika”, a development of semidetached and bungalow homes in Ukay Perdana, Ampang with a GDV of RM50 million. The project was fully sold.

Currently, Andrew holds a position as Executive Director in Next Fortune Sdn Bhd which is now developing a 38acre residential estate in Rawang, Selangor with a GDV of 260mil. He is also holding a position as Business Development Director in EBIC Group, with a view towards capitalizing on niche market opportunities in property development via joint investment with other prominent companies or business individuals. The current projects include developing a 300 unit highrise condominium in the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur, and luxury residential developments comprising semidetached homes and bungalows in the suburban fringes of Kuala Lumpur in the state of Selangor.
